WHAT WE DO

PRN provides quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own home, as well as assisted living residences, senior housing communities or nursing homes.

Our caregivers are trained, insured and fully certified. Our programs are custom-designed to give you the help you need while maintaining the comfort and security of your familiar surroundings.

Services include managing daily tasks, short-term care following an illness or a hospital stay, or an ongoing program that allows you to stay safely in your home. Our services are available short- or long-term full- or part-time. Private Care Services are available 24/7.

Our caregivers use a telephone call in and out system, guaranteeing their timeliness and ensuring that there will be no errors in billing for the services you receive.

Whether you need assistance for a few hours, or the support of a long-term arrangement, PRN is here to help.

PASSPORT, also referred to as Ohio’s Home and Community based Medicaid Waiver Program for older adults.

PASSPORT provides an in-home alternative to nursing home care for those 60 and over.

Private Care  Services include but are not limited to personal care and homemaking duties. Families chose private care service to insure the best possible care for their loved one while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
